Many of you know of the story of "Rocket Rob". On our first ski lesson together, Rob Mendez told me his dream... to become a football coach. I know you'll be inspired by this recent ESPN Magazine article and video. Rob amazes me with what he's able to accomplish and how he continues to inspire others, simply by being Rob.
THIS is why I love what we do at Achieve Tahoe. Anything is possible. And as Rob will tell you about setting goals... "Who says I can't?"
Achieve Tahoe builds health, confidence and independence through recreational sports for people with disabilities.
Participants and family members say that their experience with Achieve Tahoe affects all aspects of their life. Rob is one awesome example.
