I've been a ski instructor with Achieve Tahoe since 2010 because I believe in their mission strongly. Achieve Tahoe is a nonprofit that builds health, confidence and independence through recreational sports for children and adults with disabilities. The organization serves over 500 people a year through one-on-one snowsports lessons, waterskiing, paddle sports and more.
I've seen personally what this organization does for people with disabilities. Imagine being in a wheel chair everyday, then coming to Tahoe and skiing in a sit-ski at 30mph!! That makes a lasting impression and puts some pretty big smiles on faces, mine included!!
Join me in supporting this cause and provide life-changing experiences for children and adults with disabilities!
