I love my volunteer work teaching skiing with Achieve Tahoe! This amazing nonprofit builds health, confidence and independence through recreational sports for children and adults with disabilities, including many veterans. Please the watch video which I had the honor of producing. Interviewing Deb, the Mother of participant Luc was an inspiring experience. If you feel moved to donate please know you will make a huge difference for many deserving people!
Through one-on-one snowsports lessons, waterskiing, paddle sports and more, Achieve Tahoe's highly trained instructors and specialized, adaptive equipment allow the organization to serve those with any diagnosis. Achieve Tahoe participants and family members often say that their experience with Achieve Tahoe goes on to affect other areas of their life. They live our motto: If I can do THIS, I can do ANYTHING!
