Recurring Donors

We are asking our supporters to rally their friends, family, and networks to support our work by joining the 2024 Ability Challenge as a fundraiser. By becoming a fundraiser for Achieve Tahoe, you will help more children and adults with disabilities gain access to outdoor recreation in the Tahoe area, and you'll help your friends feel good about doing good.

Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can make the Tahoe area the most inclusive outdoor recreation destination in the world!

Here's How it Works

The Ability Challenge is a peer-to-peer fundraiser that raises both funds and awareness for Achieve Tahoe’s programs that build health, confidence, and independence in people with disabilities. The Ability Challenge culminates March 30th, 2024 with an “on-hill” celebration at Alpine meadows for those who raise $500 and above.

Step 1: Create your personalized fundraising page and set a fundraising goal.

We'll give you all the tools and support to help you reach your goal. If you have an account from participating in previous years, sign in and set your goal for this year. If you have trouble getting into your account or need help creating it, contact Sophie at Sophie@achievetahoe.org or (530) 276-9449.

Step 2: Start fundraising to reach your goal by the end of March 2024!

Share the link to your fundraising page with your network of friends, family, and colleagues through email, social media, and snail mail! Share your passion for this cause along with your fundraising goal. Inspire others to donate and be a part of Achieve Tahoe's mission.

Step 3: Win Prizes!

Raise at least $500 to receive a lift ticket to Palisades Tahoe and/or an adaptive lesson at the on-hill celebration day, a goodie bag, lunch, and automatic entry to win various prizes including gift cards to your favorite Tahoe area spots. Be sure to wear your favorite costume!
Raise over $1,000 to be entered to win big prizes, like BIG ski passes (more info coming soon)!
